Only Inqs under 12 months hurt you... and there is a max number of Inqs you can have before FICO no longer factors them into your score.

You are correct. There is a limit. However my answer might have been worded a bit off. I should have said in response to "How many inquiries is considered good for your credit rating?" None is considered good. I meant it in a way as there are no helpful ones :-) Thank you for correcting me though. Smiley Happy

I lost what seems to be -40 points total on my EX from (mixed types) inqs. I used to think -30 points total was the max.
