Is there anywhere else to get EX 98 and here's why

EX FICO Score 2 is my lowest mortgage score.  Reason 4 actually shows on all of the FICO Score 2 models, but I am only concerned with the mortgage score.

After speaking with a MyFICO rep, they confirm the reason code below number 4 is hurting my EX 98 score. They also agree I have a non-mortgage installment loan that has recent activity.  They cannot explain why this doesnt effect anything other than my FICO Score 2 model, but they blame the data from Experian.  Experian blames myFICO and my reports at CCT show good data.  All data below is from the same date 8/30/15.

Here is the account as it is reported at myFICO and it has been reporting this way ever since I started monitoring, with date of last activity "Unknown"

Here is the account as it is reported at CCT

Now I know some of you conspiracy theorists will call corporate espionage on this, but any help is appreciated.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Short of applying for a mortgage, how can I find out what my "real" EX 98 score is? Or where I can get EX 98 from another source.

Looks to me reason 1 & 2 are the reason why your score is low...

Obviously, your statement is absolutely correct, but I didn't ask why my score is low...

PSECU membership if you're in PA.

A mortgage application.

A JCB Makurai application / or some other lender that actually uses EX 98.

Your path to FICO prettiness is still getting those liens resolved senor; additional inquiry should be avoided and at least with the mortgage application you know what you'll get... as near as I can tell everything is weighted similarly to Beacon 5.0 (which is available more widely) except EX 98 does have an installment loan utilization / balance ratio calculation whereas that's utterly ignored by both EQ and TU 04 in my direct experience with a number of mortgage and 3B pulls.

While you may have asked at the end where you can get an EX98 score, you started your post off by stating that MyFICO said "they confirm the reason code below number 4 is hurting my EX 98 score" and that both MyFICO and Experian are blaming each other for the reason code.  I inferred that you wanted another EX98 score because you believe MyFICO to be flawed and you think your score should be higher, as code #4 did not pertain to you.  So instead of focusing on reason #4, working on reason #1 & #2 would yield a higher score rather than looking for the same score from another source.

A current EX98 score from any source is going to be the same.

Why are you showing a USAA screen shot from July?

Can you post a screen shot of your actual Experian report?

Re: Is there anywhere else to get EX 98 and here's why

At no no point am I asking anyone why my score is low.  I understand that fully.  I am concerned with data integrity and if the integrity of the data is reflected in the score.

myFICO blames Experian for bad data.  Experian blames myFICO for mishandling of the data and does not recognize reason 4.  Experian is actually the one that gave me the idea to find another EX 98 source. I am not going to suffer another inquiry, I was hoping someone might know of another source to purchase so I could confirm the score and see if the same 4 reason codes are spit out.

But for those that want to discuss it.  Reasons 1 & 2 are handled.   Liens have been released and are awaiting withdrawal.  Nothing else (that can be discussed on this forum) can be done except wait until some bureaucrats get to the paperwork.  Reason 3 can't change oldest account 18 years and AAoA of 8 years. So on to erroneous data possibly causing Reason 4.

@oilcan12 - you are looking at two screenshots of Experian Reports.  1 from myFICO and 2 from CCT (Experian) as indicated in my first post. USAA reports auto loans on last day of month, so an 8/30/15 report will show my July 1st payment as date as last activity.  For all I know, this 30-60 day lag could be the source of reason 4.  That just came to me.

Re: Is there anywhere else to get EX 98 and here's why

I've found that Experian defaults activity to first of the month. An August 25th payment will be dated 8/1/.

I too have the same reason code with both an auto loan and a personal installment loan such as Revelate's. I thought the code was triggered by the loans being at >80% and that they are both <6 months old.

Thanks, that is interesting and somewhat reassuring. What does is say under Date of Last Activity under your report at myFICO?

My loan is over 1 year and under 80%.  I did see a small increase in FICO 8 when the loan dropped below 80%.
