Check out the Fico Score Simulator http://www.myfico.com/ficocreditscoreestimator/estimator.aspx to get another view of your score. You can use it to play around with to see how quickly you can rebuild your credit to where you need to be.
Turns out my score wasnt as bad as I thought, I had a duplicate 7k medical collection I had removed brought me up over 30 points. I used the fico simulator and it said if I paid my old credit card debt (which I am) Ill be between 608-638, and if I pay my bills on time for 6 months (which I do/will) Ill be between 626-656, but is there a way to calculate if I do both? (because I am) also, is it very accurate?
Credit util is such a huge part of FICO.
You mentioned earlier getting angry about people with realtively high scores with negative scoring factors, well, thats the reason right there.
I have near 700 scores with lots of negative factors. My totaly util is 700 dollars on 8900 dollars worth of limits. When my util was high, with the EXACT same negative factors, my scores were 620-640ish. So if you are looking for a reason, start there. Get that util down to sub-10 percent.
Remember, a high FICO score is often fools gold. I have a 722 credit score on TU, but most (if not all) PRIME cards won't touch me, even though all my negative scoring factors are older than 2 years at this point.

I saw your other post..
If that Discover OC debt is showing a balance on your report, this is factoring and killing your UTIL

oh yes, Im quite aware of the util, I only have one prime card and its always paid off before the report date. My discover is what is killing my util right now, but I am working on negotiations right now to get them to remove judgement if I pay the balance. Im going to pay it regardless, but Im going to exhaust all avenues first. Ill post back when I pay it and my util goes down, to see what my score looks like then.
