Judgment Deleted...scores didn't change?

Is it deleted off your report or is what you typed still showing in report? If that is still showing then it's not deleted. If in fact is was deleted it takes 30-60 days for a jump in score

It was deleted....that's how it used to appear....just put it outthere for info.

Alright, I guess I have to wait, as long as it does SOMETHING before March (when we close on our new house), then we're fine.

I'm also a member of Credit Boards.com and there was a lot of helpful information on there, so I just used a letter that another member had used before and send it CMRRR and that was it.  I'm just hoping that it will also work for EX, that's the only place that's left.

What's CMRRR???? Please elaborate. I'm trying to get a judgement deleted also, I'm in Florida and went to the courthouse personally to see what I could do; (vacate) but the clerk told me that once a judgment is paid, there is nothing they can do. Are there any other options??? Thanks!!!!!!

I had 3 judgments removed from CR's. Even if you pay for the judgment, you should go and ask the plaintiff Atty to file for nonsuit with the court. Once that is failed, that means the case dismissed. Once the case is dismissed the judgment does not exist. I made settlements on 3 of the judgments that are posted on me. All 3 are removed. You might want to do a google search for nonsuit. You'll find the information. Getting the judgment removed this way is the most easiest way to get it removed. Good Luck and let us know how you make out in getting your judgements removed.

Hi Newbie here. Congrats on the removal! Question: Can I get a bankruptcy removed? The 10 yr time period will expire summer next year. But, since the longer your credit is on the upside, the better, I'd like to get it removed earlier.
