Just a quick Data Point - Util dropped from 30% to 8%

WIth my UTIL dropping from 30% to 8% I gained 7 pts across the board. I was hoping for a bit more of an increase but I have to remember my BK is still less than a year old (actually only 9 months old) which is going to hold my score down. It's a marathon, not a sprint, right? lol.

It is a marathon.

Each month that you make your payments on time is good.

Each new month also increases your AAoA.

You have enough cards for your rebuild.  You have 700 in your sights on both EQ and EX.  Just keep your utilization under 9%.  All your scores will build.

I just hit 714 on EX and my BK13 is still showing on their report.  It just takes time.

Just curious, how many points did the BK set you back 9 months ago and has any of the sting from it started to come back yet with respect to your scores?

The scores in my signature were from right after the BK reported. I wasn't monitoring my scores priot to then, other than via CK.

I had a lot of prior positive history reporting and only 6 of my 30-32 accounts (depending on which CRA) were IIB, and then the BK itself. My history is 12 years old and my AAoA is 6 years. I had two cards survive BK (Fingerhut and Milstar) and student loans that have never been late. It is newness of the BK and those 6 IIB accounts that are holding me down. Considering I do have a fairly fresh BK and negative accounts, I really can't complain about my scores. They are definitely lower than I want them to be, but it is what it is.

I'm also being dinged a bit for opening 3 new accounts in the last years. But that's just part of rebuilidng and getting some new positive history reporting. I think my overall file lessens that sting somewhat. It will be interesting to see where my score sits in July (one year post filing).
