Length of time it takes Fico to re-score me after getting mortgage approval/closing escrow.

Heyya heyya,

How's everyone? So I applied for a loan around mid-June and closed escrow on my house around the end of June. Does anyone know how long after that fico will re-score me?  I have one last fico score preview and don't want to waste it.  Thanks!

FICO doesn't actually rescore you. Scores don't exist until someone pulls your report.

No score change will occur until a report change occurs. Mortgages tend to be kind of poky about reporting. It might not show up until the beginning of August, or maybe even the beginning of September.

As HTSU stated it can take a while for your new mortgage to show up on your reports. I recently refinanced my mortgage in early Feb and it did not report until early May (maybe late april). Of course it likely depends on who your mortgage is with and if they are keeping your mortgage or selling it.

Cheers
