MYFICO sometimes crazy warning messags. Any way to avoid crazy / silly messages?

Friend received MyFCO warning message and entire family almost had heart attack because they are trying to refinance: Your  ..... cc usage went up 5,000%  from $0 to $5.

Are they going to get other alike waning when it goes from $5 to $25?

Yep they will get them unless they change the preferences.
I wish I could get them for going down.
