I recently consolidated a Capital One QS1 with a newer (5 months) Capital One QS following the requirements set by Capital One. The QS1 had a 0 balance upon moving its credit limit over to the newer card. The newer card is 2 months old and is not showing up on my credit reports. The QS1 is showing as being closed at consumers request, which is almost accurate...it was consolidated into a new account. My score has taken a -15 point hit, which is not the direction I was hoping to go in at this time. Has anyone else experienced this before?
What score is that? FICO? CreditWise score?
How many open credit card accounts do you have now?
Following...I'm waiting for a disputed charge to clear before I combined my QS1 with my QS.
I'm considering combining my QS1 with my QS but don't want to take a hit.
It was a myFICO dashboard score. However, two of the three scores have updated, one without a dispute. I am disputing the report from Experian, which also seems to have some strange inquiries listed. At this point it looks like my scores will rebound fully in a short period of time.
