Can you give us more details about the tradeline? How much? What is it for? How old? ect.

I have 2.  1st is an insurance comp for 2,195 showing pd in 1/05 reported 6/04.  The other was just pd off for 1500. reported last on 2003. shows "not on record"  I am waiting for the paid form to come back so I can take in and show paid.

I had 2 judgements for the Department of Motot Vehicles and I disputed with EX and TU so EX has removed them, still waiting for TU. They were never on my EQ.

I pulled my EX score today and it only went up 6 points but at least they are gone

You scores will go up more.. remember, you also lost history which is why you only see a small (and sometimes decrease) increase in your score.

Well Thank you. I feel a little better then I have also payed my one and only credit to 15% util, I hope that helps as well.

This is a lot of hard work but these boards as well as credit boards have helped immensley I have learned so much.

Here's one for you Tuscani. I have a state tax lien unpaid income tax to state. I paid it in full April 2002. So this is scheduled to come off April 2009. Do you think I have any chance to have it removed from the CR's. That along with the BK of course appear in the public records. I know I'm stuck with the BK through mid 2010 but it would be nice to have this state record removed. Any ideas how I could go about this? Thanks.
