I don't have much experience with tax liens.. but I suppose you could try a goodwill letter to the state.

I have/had two federal tax liens. Both paid. TU removed them both on first request. Ex removed one but not the other. I'm waiting on EQ. Hope this helps.

Update: Equifax removed both also. AND MY SCORE DROPPED 5 POINTS.

FWIW they were both paid six years ago.

I have two collections from the same incident. It was from an emergency room visit, and I provided my insurance. My insurance wasn't billed before I knew it I had two collections. They are both paid, but I want them removed. I tried disputing them, and it hasn't helped. What should I do? Thanks for your help.
