Monitoring Credit

Hi, This is my second time to post. Again my compliments to you all. This is such a wonderful and helpful site. A wealth of knowledge and information. Here is my question:

Which companies do you recommend to use to monitor and view my credit report for the next two to three months on a regular basis? (Like weekly) What are the costs? I refied my home at 4.5% took some cash out, paid my CC's off through Escrow but to date they still show small balances because of the finance charges. I have paid those all off but still not all are showing a zero balance. I was able to view this through EX because one of my CC's received a lower limit. The reason I want to do this is that I am thinking about apply with Care Credit for about 5K for Dental work and I want anything they pull to look good. Any advice or suggestions?

Thank you for your help.

Re: Monitoring Credit

I would look at EQ ScoreWatch Gold since they allow daily pulls on EQ and provide FICO score.  Long term I would look at True Credit since it has the date the CC reported which is great for playing the FICO score game.

Also MyFICo's Score Watch is also good but doesn't provide free CRs.  I would stay away from EX and EX branded products.

Re: Monitoring Credit

Credit Check Total is the best all around service. If you don't have an American Express card this is just about the only daily puller left. Make sure you cancel within the first week they will offer you a large discount to keep the service.
