Monitoring Reports

Just curious, what is the best place to monitor reports/scores at the best price. I bought the Suzy thing on here but that would be forty bucks a month to pull reports. Just wondering if that is the best out there. What do yall use?

Re: Monitoring Reports

As you know, the FICO reports aren't cheap. There are two FICO reports to pull and each run $15 or so per report. If you pulled both, daily, then you'd certainly would have to shell out a bunch of money to keep on top of the score. Many of us here subscribe to a CMS that allows you to pull your reports daily, like CreditCheckTotal. For a monthly fee, you can pull all 3 reports daily and see the changes as they occur. Whenever a major change takes place (e.g. baddie falls off, new TL reports, etc.), then we pay to pull the corresponding FICO report (via FICO Standard, Suze, etc.) to see that score change. Now some CMSs include a score(s) and advice. These are not FICO scores and the advice is off-base. Ignore it.

In short, I use CCT, and pull each FICO 2-3x/mo to see the changes.

Re: Monitoring Reports

Wow! Super response again! So that will let me pull all 3 as many times as I want. Before I found this site I bought the Triple Advantage at Experian.com and it gave me all 3 at first but then if I wanted updates on TU or EQ I had to pay extra. Checked out the one you suggested above and it appears to be great. Now, I can cancel that useless Triple Advantage. Yipee!

Just realize that all the scores that you will get with that service are FAKO's.

The value in these services is in monitoring your reports, not your scores, which are useless. Combining a score monitoring service with the info that you pick up here will give you a good, educated guess as to when it's worth pulling your EQ and TU FICO scores. Your EX FICO score is now pretty much unavailable, alas, unless you want to go buy a house or something. Smiley Sad
