Mortgage not reporting

Good morning all!  And so here I am with yet another question, my mortgage isn't reporting to the CRAS. Does this help or hurt my score considering the fact that this is a relatively new mortgage, from a refi done last November to lower the interest rate and cash out for home repairs after the hurricane.  I read a post from someone who said that every time he refinances his score goes down.  I've refinanced twice, after two hurricane seasons, and it would seem that my score has always gone up; but now it's not reporting at all, and on one CRA website it states that not having a mortgage is lowering my score.

Mortgages provide a good mix of credit. You want to have it reporting.

Thanks, Tusc!  I thought so; but wasn't sure.  I was going to add it through Credit Sync.  I like the program ... Credit Sync.  It gives you the ability to dispute things you can't online, like inquiries, as well as it allows you to add accounts that aren't listed.  Of course you have to pay for postage, but what the hey!

Family is good.. we are enjoying the nice long weekend. Well, I was until I got a list of chores from the wife.

My mortgage is always 3 months behind in reporting.

This stinks because I am trying to get to that 12 month clean payments mark again.

So the end of May they reported March and March balance.

PLEEEEEZE give details about Credit Sync!!  I'm a newbie and just pulled my DH and my reports and our mortgage of 12 years is not being reported on either of our reports!!  Not sure if I'd really want it to, because we've been late (DH had brain surgery) and was 30 days late a few times.

HELP!!
