The /12 report can be useful for those with higher scores. myFICO score reports give fewer and fewer negative reason codes as your scores go higher. The negatives are still there; it's just that they're not displayed. And those with scores of 800 and above are shown NO negative factors, even though they're in there.
The lower on the list they are, the less real impact they have on your scores. Mortgage lenders, for instance, who pull FICO scores are going to see the top four negative score codes, even though #3 and #4 might just barely affect the scores, so it's interesting to see what they'll see.
But high scorers who pull a /12 might have a minor heart attack when they see four negative factors, some of which are pretty squirrelly.
