Does anyone know what is narrotive code 2. I've got an alert today that due to change in narrotive code 2 to CHARGE my score dropped 5 points. I have had this account since 03/07 and it has always been CHARGE account (JCP), ballance is 0, paid as agree.
Any help is highly appritiated.
