Depending on profile, there is a possibility when your AoYRA Age of Youngest Revolving Account reaches 6 month there could be a score increase. There definitely is one at 12 months ~15-20 points.

Plus, any hard pull inquiry penalty points you received at time of application will be recovered in 365 days from date of pull. So possibly more points to look forward to overall depending on the bureau.
Yeah my recent datapoint was +24 though there was some weirdness around that as the next account that reported didn't ding me quite that much but still north of 20 so I'm pretty confident in 20ish for mature clean profiles near 800 already. I was just slightly above that.
The only time I went without new apps for a year, I got 27

I wish I could give you an answer as I have almost the same issue. My youngest just crossed a year at the beginning of this month and I gained about 10 points on all mine( I say about as I did not have a current score across all three for Feb.). I'm just after my 3 points on TU and the 6 on EX to push all mine across 800. I'm thinking now its just time that will get me there.
