On January 1st my credit history made 3 years. My scores dropped 25-38 across the board. I've been on this forum for all of those years, so im well aware of the usual suspects. But there have been no changes to any report in the last 7 months. Gardening. I have 10 accounts. 7 cards and 3 loans( 2 paid off) and 100% clean so far. I cant figure this out. Please help me understand where my points went.
Scores now are...
Equifax 724. Was 750
Transunion 741 was 779
Experian 732 was 762
Is there something im not aware of? I was expecting a bump at 3 years.

I had heard that some score versions were being changed. I didnt know Fico8 was one. Is that what this is? And me turning 3 years old at the same time was just a coincidence?
Just a couple clarifications:
The score drop across all 3 CRA, Jan 1, 2023?
The FICO 8 scores all from myFICO?
Seems like something will have to surface on reports soon.
Were any of the installment loans paid off in the recent history? (I guess the 3y and 2y 5m means they were paid of that far back..?)
The last paid installment loan was done in July. And yes these are Fico8's from MyFico.
What makes it more puzzling is my fako scores went up 12 pts.
No those are the ages of accounts.
Absolutely nothing has changed in the last 7 months. I thought the same as you and have been waiting for something to drop. But i paid everything on time 100%.
So the 3B scores/reports from myFICO are from Jan 1st.. or score has dropped via myFICO alerts since pulling the reports?
In any event, it's an awfully big drop. Seems similar to what I have see with my scores for usual suspects though... paid off my only installment or added a couple new cards on ~the same date.
Only thing I can assume, something will show to explain it on the reports which have yet to be seen. AFAIK there isn't any sort of 3yr event.. if there is, I'd expect it to be a score increase.
Spitballing that you got rebucketed to a higher-tiered bucket.
When that happens your scores typically do drop initially but if you stay the course your scores will not only recover but will surpass your previous highs as better buckets have higher maxinum FICO scores associated with them.
First thing I did was go through every account thought maybe i missed a payment. Or some kind of collection or something to pop up. I found nothing. I struggled with this for over a month and im baffled. Thought I'd try the experts.
I appreciate your response.
Thats a great hypothosis. The simulator does say they are projected to go up 15 pts next month. And plenty more in comi g months. Not that the simulator is ever accurate.
Thanks for your response.

Given your scores and clean history, a new derog like a 30 day late or collection normally would have led to a drop roughly somewhere in the 80-100 point range.
I"m not saying that you were definitely rebucketed, but given the information you've provided it does align with the narrative.
Im hoping you're right. I'll take it.
Thanks

Thats a lot of points to just go missing.
