Need direction...please help

Hello

I am trying very hard to bring my score up and keep it up. This is what I have  done thus far:

1. Sent out GW letters and contacted current lenders to off some lates on my CR . All of these lates were over 4 yerars old...so I am not sure how much of a bump I will get .

2. A few collections taken off my report by asking for verification..offering PFD... and disputing another.

3. Started to pay down utilization from its beginning point of 98% (YIKES)

4. took my name off as AU on hubby's TL's These were all maxed out and 1 less than a year old.

It will be interesting to see where I land after these things hit my CR...but I'm worried they wont have a huge impact b/c although I have paid 4 K off on utilization..I still have 2 cards with a total of 7500 in debt. I have 9 cards total. 7 of these I have paid down to 8% utilization. The other 2 are 5000 (at 98%) and 2700 ( at 85%). Here are my questions

1.  I have a cfd loan w/ citifinancial it will be one year in June with no late's. What if I refinanced this with cash out as they have offered to pay off the revolving credit lines. If I did that what would be worse..the loan with sub prime lender probably looking as a brand new loan..or leaving my utilization at 60% or more?

2. a few of my collection accounts were deleted after I asked for verification at experian. What happens next? are these likely to pop back on the CR at some point or are they really gone?

3. I have another collection on my cr that is a emergency room co-payment. I also have a health spending account thru my employer. Can I request a PFD and then pay with my HSA?

Well..thats enough for now  Smiley Happy
