Need help understanding issue with Transunion

Hello forums. I got an alert from credit karma stating I had 2 new collections on my TU and I took a 41pt hit. I purchesed 3B reporting with myfico and it also shows 2 new collections on TU and a 30pt hit. I just got off the phone with TU and they said I have no open collections on my account?!?! I grilled them for 30 minutes, even got a sup on the phone making them search and search. I gave them all the info I had on the new collections. Note, this creditor was previously deleted from my file, and TU told me the only creditor with that name on my file was deleted, I got the alert and the 3B report on the 7th. Does anyone have any idea what's going on??

Would you expect to have 2 collections (or any at all), or was it a complete surprise?

Lowkeyoca this company had a few accounts place on all 3b that I was able to get deleted so I'm familiar with them but the amounts they say I owe are different from before

I mean you have the information about the collections themselves, you can call and inquire without revealing you know they have been deleted.

It's possible that they were deleted by the CRAs if the information was similar enough to the prior accounts that it was flagged as a reinsertion of deleted accounts.
