Newbie help with a definition

Can someone explain what "buckets" are? I've seen it in a few threads and am very curious.

Thanks for the link, that was what I was looking for. As for the comedian in the room, I deserved it- I shoulda searched for it on my own. It's past my bedtime, wasn't thinking.

We've all done it. I'm sure I'm guilty of it even though I do search. Sometimes you're in a hurry and missing what you're looking for.
