This has been a real first for me since being an Amex customer since 2013. But I had been waiting for the whole month of September for my monthly Fico sp update from Amex and it never appeared. Which has me baffled. I usually get 2 updates per month due to the fact I have 2 revolvers that report fresh statements at different times during the given month. I did some research online and came up with the possibility of having at least 1 business account connected to your other account log in might stop an update from happening. Has any other members experience this with Amex?
I am curious.... what tool are you using that shows you your soft pulls every month?
Well, I guess I am making the assumption that Amex is sp’ ing every month based on the Fico update they use monthly on the Amex webpage on my account. I don’t currently have data to support this as far a my actual credit report on hand.
Have you spoken to CS about this? I find it odd that it would stop giving you your score if you've been receiving it all along for a while now. Perhaps something changed on your credit report (incorrect name spelling, SS#, etc?) which is preventing them from pulling you?
My name (suffix) on my Amex account didn't match my credit report, so I didn't have a FICO score for many months after getting my account. Eventually I got them to make a change and then I started getting it every month. While the chances of you having a name-related issue pop up suddenly are extremely slim, I offer this to give an idea of how something so simple can result in the inability of a lender to SP you.

Is there any such tool to your knowlege?

Just called them and CSR stated that since the Equifax breach Amex will be updating their systems and how they sp reports in the future. They claim this update could go into November before its ready. I have a sp scheduled for around the 22 of this month so will update if it actually happens or not.

Not to my knowledge, but my knowledge of credit monitoring systems is very limited. I know that the CMS tools people usually mention on this forum show hard pulls only: Credit Karma, myFICO Ultimate, Credit Check Total, WalletHub, etc. It's conceivable that if you buy a CMS tool from a specific credit bureau it might show soft pulls at that bureau, but I don't know.
I asked because our OP originally sounded like he had access to something that showed him all his soft pulls on a monthly basis. I later realized he was just talking about the SP Amex must do each time it gives him a dated credit score.
AnnualCreditReport.com will give you your report with soft pulls once a year.
Thank you, this was what I already knew (just hoped you knew something I didn't) but I hope someday our "leaders" in Congress will see fit to make it a right for all NON-CONSENTUALLY monitored consumers to view every SP on our CR's at will. Hard to believe it's not already a right.
