I've been trying to get my FICO score but keep hitting a brick wall of "cannot verify identity". I opened my first credit card 4 years ago but I was assigned a new ssn 6 months ago. Every time I call FICO CSR I'm told different reasons in why I can't see my FICO score. The first time I called they told me my ssn had to be 6 months old. I called again after my ssn was 6 months because it didn't work again. This time they told me I needed 6 months of revolving accounts and 18-24months of ssn. I was also given a number to Equifax so I could talk to a supervisor to take off a hold on my scores. Equifax said there was no such thing and I had no problem getting my scores for all 3 bureaus. I called FICO again after calling Equifax and was told I needed 6 months of installment payments and credit cards did not count as installment payments. She said that if I don't have a history of installment payment then I don't have a FICO score. I already combined my credit history from my old ssn with my new ssn and received letters confirming the change. So what's right?
You have to have one open account reporting for 6 months to get a FICO score. Doesn't matter whether it is revolving or installment.
Is the new SSN linked to your new accounts?

Yes, I combined my credit history back in January and my current myFICO account has my new ssn. I make a habit of at least spending a dollar for each of my credit credit cards so I've been making payments every month. I can get my FAKO scores everywhere else. It's just myFICO that's giving me grief with the "cannot verify identity".
There have been a few posters with the same issue. I am not sure why.
That poster was also told he had to wait a certain amount of time with this new SSN.
