If I do not have a 1% aggregate revolving amount but have a $ 50 to $ 100 balance out of a total credit limit of $ 50K, will that even be better for the score, compared if the average revolving utilization was 1% with a $ 500 balance?

You have up to $500 to be within 1% of your total credit line reporting. There is an amount that will post 0%. Less than $5? @SouthJamaica knows better on that subject.
