This looks suspicious to me. So I would go and start an on-line dispute and look for something wrong. If there is nothing wrong, you can just close the browser without actually going through a dispute. Some people call this the "back-door" method. Myfico frowns on obtaining reports via "back door". However, this looks like more investigation is needed.
For the record, I review my reports every-single-month because there have been so many errors in my files. I just automatically suspect the CRAs have continuted the same pattern. I initiate a dispute every month, in most cases the CRAs have it correct. However, I do not trust them based on my experience YMMV.
