No Score question

I currently have no score.  I stopped using credit about 10 years ago and am just now starting to get back into it.  As I understand it you must have one TL that is at least 6 months of age plus at least one TL that has reported in the last six months.  Is this correct?  Right now the only thing on my credit report is an auto loan that I opened in 2001 and was paid off and closed in 2006.  Now I just got within the last two weeks three CCs and an auto loan.  As soon as these show up as open on my report will I have a score?  Or am I going to have to wait six months to get a score because only open accounts count for that requirement?  Also is the old loan ever going to drop off my report?  It looks awfully nice with an AAoA of 14.8 years.  Thank you for your input and I apologize for the length of post.

Re: No Score question

Your score should be generated as soon as the first of the new accounts reports.

Your old auto loan will fall off your reports aproximately 10 years after the final payment was made.

I have a hunch that you actually do have a score somwhere, since you were in fact able to get 3 credit cards and an auto loan.

Re: No Score question

The basic criteria for a FICO score is this

1) An account open for at least six months

2) The account cannot be in dispute

3) Activity/ reported in the last six months

From your post you should have a FICO score in about 5 to 6 months.
