Yes, Equifax has been the most archaic and arcane to navigate or do anything with traditionally, IMHO.

Yep with Equifax I tried to get on the site at least 10 times.  9/10 times it failed after adding name address SS # and DOB, tells me the information is incorrect.  I'm pretty sure I know my name, address, SS and DOB   1/10 it did let me pass the basic information hurdle and I got to the security questions but all 4 they presented had nothing to do with me and it failed.  I think their system is just really messed up at the moment.

There’s no doubt their system is messed up and it’s not just for you. I think they get their information from LEXIS-NEXIS but I’m not gonna swear to it. It seems like they’ve always been the hardest ones to deal with traditionally. Just glad you got it all taken care of.
