Yes sir, several reasons.
1. To buy a house
2. Prove I can do it
3. To get my secret clearance
4. To feel alot better about myself
I would send them ONLY a cease and desist letter under FDCPA 805(c). That will require them to cease communiction with you. I would not talk to them or address any other issues with them now.
They cannot post to your CR since it is clearly beyond 7 1/2 years from DOFD., While they can still sue for the debt, if your state SOL has expired, they cannot win in court, so just wait for them to sue (which they wont), and if they do, show in court and ask for dismissal based on expiration of the SOL.
They are a joke, pure and simple. Just require that they cease and desist in bothering you in their fruitless endeavor.

1st Pay down the CU card to 9% or less if you can.
2nd PIF the 4 other cards.
Since all your cards are maxed out, doing this might gain you 100 points. I would protect your CU card since its probably your best one.

Your util is 96%, which equals maxed. Pay those rebuilder cards to $0, after getting the CU visa down to a manageable amount. I also wouldn't use those other cards, more than every few months for a very small purchase that you can PIF right away. I'm with Marty, I would bet on 80-100 points by following that plan.
