Re: Our Forums' FICO High Achievers: Who has at least one FICO Score of 760 or above?

In early January, I used my Macy's card for the first time in about a year.  Yesterday, I pulled my reports to see if this action affected my scores.  My scores remained unchanged:

Now that we no longer have access to our Experian scores, I can finally appreciate the fact that my scores remain stable over time.  I can reasonably assume that my EX score will be 842 for a while!

His TU was 806.  His EXP was 836.  We haven't gotten to TU yet, but I'm sure it'll be another obscene number.  xD

Your father has a couple of outstanding scores!  Make certain to congratulate him for us!

Wow! A miracle happened last night! Look what happened to my EX score! And for some reason, they back-dated it to the 3rd!

It's such a shame that I can't pull it again to confirm. Smiley Very Happy

Let's hear it for the airbrush function in Microsoft Paint. Smiley Wink

Congratulations on your 100 point score increase!  That's truly unbelievable!  Make certain to tell us how you became an 800 club member in what seems to be a matter of minutes!

Astonishing, isn't it? Smiley Very Happy

Hey, I want you to know that I had to control-Z a half dozen 8's until I got one that looked half-way right!

Microsoft Paint's airbrush function is hard to control with a touch pad, especially if you've had a cup of coffee on an empty stomach.

Oh well, RIP Experian. I had hopes for hitting 760 in April, when all inqs were gone, and all accounts were over a year old, but I'll never know. Unless I want to buy a house, that is, and even for me, that's a pretty drastic cost to pay for knowing my scores.

I'll have to hope for a bit more love from TransUnion.

I had a stupid idea that since GEMB has been peeking at my EQ report each month, I wonder if CCCs who do an AR on your EX report get to see the FICO scores and if so, would they share them with the customer.

That's a good question --I've never known if softs shows the scores, too, or just the reports. I would think just the reports, but that's such a world of mystery.

I feel sorry for CSR's at lenders who use EX. You know they're going to be hit by applicants begging to know what their FICO EX scores are!

Quick, let's all go app AmEx and ask! Smiley Very Happy

I was talking with DW today about AE not sending me any pre-approval magnet offers for awhile.  LOl I am tempted if they send one again to call and ask them about my EX score and after they tell me, give the CSR a big Howie Mandel NO DEAL!

Boy i'm glad that I found this site.   I didn't really pay much attention to my credit score until recently.  I've gotten my score higher as compare to the high 600s a few year back.  Though even with a great credit score, it took a while to get a home loan.  They are really tight these days.

Starting Score: TU 797 EQ 798 EX 774 10/26/2008
Current Score: TU 787 EQ 784 EX ??? 09/19/2010
Goal Score: 790
