@Anonymous wrote:I got mine yesterday and today from loan companies I applied to for a HELOC. I got all different scores which confuse me.
Beacon 807
Classic 820
Fair Isaac 828
I did't see FICO on there? What is Classic? What is the difference of these? Confusing!
That was todays from one bank. Here's the ones from yesterday:
Hubby Equifax 807
Me Equifax 813
I guess they didn't pull the other bureaus.
Outstanding scores, dahoov2! Congratulations on being a FICO High Achiever and 800 club member!
@Anonymous wrote:My TU is 764. I got it that way by getting a collection off by PFD I disputed an account that was being reported past the 7yr limit and paid my CC bal to zero except one. Now I have 4 or 5 accounts with balances. Before that it was 727.
Still working on the EQ & EX.
Hi lessons_learned:
764 is a great TU score! You're now a FICO High Achiever. Congratulations!
Thanks; was wondering why they were all so complicated sounding. Geez. After you guys posted this, I did some more research and there are "old" and newer versions of each too. They should all just call them the same.
One odd thing too is I thought Transunion was the tough one that usually scored lower than the others.
Has anyone ever seen a score of 850?
Equifax 771
Transunion 671
I can't figure it out.

I don't know if TU scores lower because it is tougher, or not. I know my TU is always lower than the others because where I live most of the creditor's pull TU to do inquiries and I currently have 3 inquiries on TU verus 1 on EQ. I've heard of people in other regions saying EQ is always lower or EX is always lower.

It's great to hear from you, Isutigers03! What wonderful scores!
Congratulations on being a FICO High Achiever!
Hi, first post here. I have been reading and learning for a few weeks. Last night I pulled my free annual report from EX and was pleased there were no suprises. Tonight I both joined MyFico Forums and paid MyFico for my TU (807) and EQ (809) credit scores.
I'm over four decades old and this is the first time I have ever check my FICO scores. I get the feeling it won't be the last, I think I'm hooked. I'm still interested in learning more about how to protect and improve my credit and how to also protect my identity.
I'm in the market for a new CC where I can earn Elite privledges with Delta/NWA, but I will save those questions for another section of the forum.
Hi Spend!
