Congratulations
My EQ score just hit 761! Highest score I've ever had in my life! At the beginning of this year my score was around 589. I never thought I'd get it to be this high in such a short time.
And I just noticed over the weekend that Cap1 increased my credit limit from $750 to $4750. I don't even know if that is reflected in my new score or not yet. This is the highest limit I've ever had on a credit card.

I have Cap1 Platinum MC opened early 08. I requested a CL incr several weeks ago. And the cust serv rep said that it was denied due to current economic/business climate. But then this past weekend, i lkd at my acct info online and surprise, my limit is now $4750. Also, what is good is that now Cap1 does not do a hard pull anymore. The only card I have left that does a hard pull is Chase MC.
When i first got the card my finances were still a mess and I was paying late and going over the limit. Over the past 7 months, I pay the balance in full on time every month.
I also got a CL incr on my Discover card. I am still debating over asking for one from Chase bc I don't want that hard pull on my report.
