I've noticed when looking at my scores on FICO 8 (classic only) I've got positive and negative reason codes listed, but none of my other FICO scores show anything but negative codes (even those with higher scores). Is that due to my dirty scorecard or is that normal for all? FWIW, while the gist of each reason code stays the same, where on the myFICO site I look at them at them changes the verbiage used. If I look at them from the scores section when I log in the reason code becomes more condensed into fewer words than if i go to the latest 3B report and look at the same score via the scores tab in it (no changes in my scores since the latest 3B report either).
You'll never have a blank comment section. They have to report something. Especially the scratch your head and say huh to some of the comments.

My favorite is "Too many accounts with balances" when it is just my mortgage, HELOC, car loan, and 1 of 12 credit cards reporting a balance...🤔
The cleaner my credit gets, the more nonsensical the negative reason codes get.

I've had blank comment sections on Fico 3B reports many times in the past from 2015 - 2021. Have not purchased any reports since Fico 10 came along - format change?
Fico 3B reports I have donot list comments if score was within 50 points of the Fico model ceiling. (800 and above for Fico Classic models, 850 and above for Fico Industry option scores.)
Negative reason statements are always generated for Classic scores in the 800-849, just were not shown on 3B reports. In my case negative statements were showing on Discover and Wells Fargo reports when Fico Classic scores were 848 and 849 but not 850. Also, had negative statements on Fico 8 Bankcard from Citi at a score of 892 even though no statements above 850 for Bankcard or Auto versions on 3B reports.
Positive statements are generated by 3rd party software not from the Fico algorithms.
FICO 8 appears to be the only one to supply comments when it can't find detractors.
FICO 9 doesn't provide any, neither does FICO 10. FICO BANKCARD 8 doesn't seem to.
