I am new to the site and learning. Can someone please tell me how I would know what my FICO 4 score is. I know the information on this site is FICO 8. What is the difference?

Welcome to the forums and here is a thread that explains it very well. In short the 4 and 8 means the year 2004 vs. 2008. Mortgage companies tend to use the FICO 4 and credit card companies use the FICO 8 version but there are exceptions to those 'rules'. The only way to get your FICO 4 score is via what's known as Equifax Score Power and it costs $19.95. Hope this helps
You can get your fico mortage score from EQUIFAX.COM for 14.95 a month and get updates and the updates are faster than the one here. make sure you choose the right one because they do sell a fako score also I hope this helps
