@iv Thank you, please do. I'm on iPhone and typically use Firefox, but use chrome & Safari but could use whatever.
Alright... it does work as a bookmarklet in Safari mobile and Chrome mobile (Firefox mobile appears to have an outstanding bug about adding bookmarklets from mobile).
Here you go (also linked here):
javascript:factors=document.getElementsByClassName("factor-list");for(let i=0;i<factors.length;i++){reasoncode=factors[i].getAttribute("data-code");dive=factors[i].childNodes;dive = dive[0].childNodes;dive = dive[0].childNodes;if(dive[1]!==undefined){if (!dive[1].textContent.startsWith("Code:")){dive[1].textContent="Code: " + reasoncode + " - " + dive[1].textContent;console.log(dive[1].textContent);}}}
If you aren't familiar with bookmarklets, create a bookmark (to any page, it doesn't matter), then Edit the bookmark name to be "Extended Reason Codes", and the URL to be the full text string above (all one line). Then go to the page you want to see codes on, and tap the bookmark. Unlike the extensions, you'll need to tap the bookmark for each scoring page separately.
I'll add this to the second post as well.
@iv it works perfectly thank you thank you thank you!!
I just went through one report and checked all of them but you already had them and yes I had to click on it each time for each Score Version. I'll do more in time.
@Anonymous I am willing to bet you can get the code for too few bankcards from early in your history LOL.
@Anonymous @Slabenstein Can the two of you help fill in some of the score factors for derogatories?
@Slabenstein did you get the code for no national Revolving Balances when you only had the LOC with the balance?

We get our scores from CCT, not MyFICO, so I don't think there would be a way for me to help with that part of this project, unfortunately. W/ regard to the PLOC, I don't know b/c my scores were too high to see reason codes on CCT, but the scores didn't change between AZEO w/ a BC vs AZEO w/ my LOC, so I assume reason codes didn't, either.

Unfortunately, I temporarily canceled my myFICO Premier plan 6 months ago in December 2020. When I called to cancel the cancel I was informed that it couldn't be stopped (?!) and I'd have to resubscribe on Jan 11.
That erased all my past reports from history!
I never skipped a beat in credit monitoring with myFICO, and I have the downloadable 3Bs going back to Dec 2018 (when my credit file was 1yr old at all 3 CRAs), but those PDFs don't have the codes either. (Another thing that needs improvement.)
Funny...all the monitoring alerts are still there starting from January 2019, the month that my first 2 credit cards ever hit my file.

@Anonymous I am very sad to hear that, that sucks. SMH. Nevertheless your PDFs will have the text of the friendly 'Score Factor' still even if you can't pull the code. And guaranteed you have the too few bankcards codecsomewhere, we just need the friendly language as used by MF.
Here's how MF shows reason code 2:
Not sure if you want this info, but I have seen this on EQ5, EQ AU5 and EQ BC5.
Here's what 6 looks like, with your browser extension, obv.
I have seen this on EQ5, EQ AU5 and EQ BC5 (edit to add...) and EQ8 and EQ AU8.
@iv : your chart in post 1 says reason code 10 is only on EQ and TU. I have seen it on EX also. Specifically, EX2, EX AU2 and EX BC2. The text matches what you have in the chart. (edit...) I have also seen it on EX8.
Here's 13
Here's 18

Awesome, @Curious_George2 ! Keep 'em comin'!
Official Code 2 with explanation:
2 | Level of delinquency on accounts | Missed and late payments, including the number of late payments, how late they were, and how recently they occurred, are an important part of your FICO® Score. Your score was hurt because you have missed payments to your creditors. |
Now I know it's on the other 2 industry models as well. I had it on EQ5 (and many others) here.
And I can start a translation table to match the official with the myFICO Report variation. Usually the explanatory text on MF will point right to which code it is in my score factors thread, but that text will have slight variations that causes CTRL-F to come up empty.
