Report Equifax to FTC

I guess I have to report Equifax to the FTC again.

I put a note on here a couple of days ago about no new points since January 2008 and here I get a nasty note from my refi bank wanting to know why I did not tell them about the 490.00 balance and the 39.00 a month payment to Bally's.

I paid this thing off in Early january and this proves that Equifax has not updated since January.

It looks like mortgage fraud because Equifax is dragging their feet again. They have done this before.

Is it not law they have to update within 30 days. They control our lives and do whatever they want.
I have proof that my bill collectors have reported Jan Feb march

WE NEED NEW LAWS. WE ARE VICTIMS.

For me, it was TU who was quite tardy. 4 months without updating 3 accounts to 0 balance. I finally disputed with them and voilah, 30 days later, all updated!!
Rust never sleeps and neither does my fico score...
