Reported payments?

Making regular payments every month.  But getting alerts that my balances have decreased $2, considerably less that the payments I make. Anyone else notice this.  Is it normal?

If an alert gives you a balance, it's based on the reported balance, not on your payments.

The biggest BS I have noticed is that balances being increased show immediate alerts, but payments made and playoffs completed hardly get any alerts. They don't even seem to increase your score..this is completely wrong.
