So I pulled my reports & scores w/CCT and I need some reassurance, I guess, that I'm not missing an easy explanation for the variances in my three scores.
EX- 831
EQ- 807
TU- 763 (this is the one I really don't understand.
So here are the vitals:
No Derogs.
2 open CCs-
CITI DC $0 reporting/ $5200 (opened 5/16)
Discover IT $324/$14,300 (opened5/16)
BoA - closed (shows on Ex & EQ only)
Mortgage (opened 5/16)
Student loans -paid down just below 50%.
EX shows 9 accounts. All opened between 1994 & 1997.
EQ & TU both show 19, 10 closed. The closed accounts appear to be duplicates of my current loans, probably having to do with the Dept of Ed handing over administration of the loans to private companies a few years back.
INQUIRIES (last 12 mo)
EX- 1
EQ- 2
TU- 0
Avg age of credit 15 yrs 9 mo
Best guess is that TU wants to see my new accounts age a bit more. What do you think?
Is the AAOA reporting the same on all three bureaus? As you can see in my siggy, my EQ report is identical to my TU & EX, but I have a lower EQ FICO 8 because my AAOA is lower than the other two.

@ Backwoods - thanks. I like the EX score too. Eager for the other two to catch up.
@ donny10- Ex Credit Tracker & CK have AAoA reporting at 15y9m across all three bureaus.
Credit Karma uses the Vantage 3 score. Vantage 3 does not factor closed accounts in AAOA. FICO does.
You are referring CK for CreditKarma, am I correct?

While CK "fluff" software doesn't indicate that closed accounts are factored into AAoA, it's to my understanding that under VS 3.0 the closed accounts are still factored in. It is true that their summary will show a lower AAoA than under FICO models, but I don't believe that this lower number is scored as being lower; I believe VS 3.0 will still factor in AAoA the same way FICO models does.
Donny10,
Question for you. Above you said that your 3 reports are identical, but that your AAoA isn't identical across all 3. How can that be?
