From what I can understand, with mortgage companies they will tell you to pay this or that off and they can do the loan that dosnt mean that your score went up that moment but they know that it will go up by the time closing goes thru and you just have to have proff that you paid it

It's called a Rapid Rescore. You pay to 8 bucks, you get a letter from the cc company saying your balance is 8 bucks, the cc company sends it straight to your LO. The LO PAYS the CRA to update your score right then with the new balance, usually takes about a week. THEN she repulls your credit and the new balance will show, which hopefully brings you the points you need. The cc companies know all about it, so don't worry that you will have any trouble.
