SCORE WATCH ALERT VS CREDIT SECURE

Today's Credit Secure report reflects the deletion of an old baddie, and maybe acct anniverseries (4 accts turned 1 in April)  as my FAKOS are EX 739, EQ 748 and TU 748.

This is highest they've been; just Thursday they were EX 719. EQ 723 TU 723.  My FICOs as of 4-16  are shown in sig.

I haven't received any ScoreWatch alert advising of any increase,  and  don't want to waste money on  new reports yet but I would love to see my FICOs over 700!!

I've only been enrolled in CS a few months, and actually started it as a way to monitor daily and to have some idea where EX FICO might be by comparing FAKOs and FICOs.  Generally, the FAKOs run out 25-30 points higher than my FICOS, so I'm hoping these new FAKOS might mean I'm finally in the 700 club!!   I've had each of the 3 be at 700+ once or twice in the past year, but never all 3  at the same time. And now I'll never really know since I cant get EX FICO, but 2 out of 3 with EX being 'likely' would thrill me!

I've has Scorewatch since 2005,  but I must admit I still dont really understand all the ins and outs.  Is it unusual that a baddie is dropped on CS (which must mean it was dropped by the official CRAs) and that Scorewatch hasnt given me any alert yet?   I've sometimes run FICO reports which reflected new info and received the alert afterwords, which seems a little reversed, though I usually thought wait on an SW alert before running reports.

Should I be expecting a SW alert?  Does not receiving one indicate my reports may not have yet been updated??  Should I wait til I receive one to run FICO reports??

Re: SCORE WATCH ALERT VS CREDIT SECURE

Havent had anybody chime in so went ahead and pulled TU.

Imagine my disappointment to find I'd dropped by 5 points with the deletion of the baddie and the acct anniversaries!

My utilization is down by 3% compared to last TU  report (which had a 697 score),  amount of new credit has gone from 'bad' to 'not good', average age stayed the same at 5 yrs, length of credit history is the same, 14 yrs....but  I actually went down 5 points!

I still have one other baddie (CO due to drop 06/10) and a PR (due to drop 04-11) so don't think I was rebucketed.

Now I'm really worried that when my new "refi" mtg reports, I could be back in the 680s!!

I dont think I'm so excited to receive SW alert now!  And I guess this really shows the CS FAKOs dont always have any 'relation' to how FICOs are scored.
