Thanks on the pic. I figured it disarms people when I have to edit or delete posts due to a TOS violation.

LOL Luckily, it doesn't seem it's need too much. Most folks on here are great!
I figured out what the point increase was for. I called the cra's and disputed the status of an acct that I had been an au on. I am no longer on there, but they were still reporting a 1,400+ balance!
They all updated...EQ being the last.
Also updated one account that so that a 90 day late aged two years. Unfortunately, they didn't update thru Oct to age the 120 day left on the account. 
I just got the same 15 point alert myself today.
