I had tried Credit Simulators and believe me, they provide a fair guestimate about your scores but they also assume that you pay off all your over limit balances, any open Collections and also limit your utilization on the day your simulate your score.

I haven't run into that - perhaps it depends on the particular Simulator being used.  I've only tried out the FICO Simulator.

Re: Score Simulator

I have tried the FICO Simulator, the Simulator in AMEX and the simulator in creditchecktotal.com and have observed that the Creditchecktotal and AMEX Simulators are kind of the same.

Re: Score Simulator

I have about 5 negatives account that fall off in the next 6 months to a year. Also I am working to have some Judgments removed that happen during my divorce. I guess my credit needs to be high 600's at least for a mortgage. Trying to figure out if PFD or working with an attorney would be best for the judgments.
