Score WAY off Regions Pulled Score vs. MyFICO?

I'm at a loss. I bought my updated report on 10/16, and seeing my scores, I applied for a credit card with Regions who pulls from TU.

My FICO (TU) BANKCARD SCORE came in at 820, but Regions, who pulled the same day, says it came in for them at 712.  I called TU, and they confirmed that I was above 800.  Does anyone know what score Regions may be pulling?

Starting Score TU: 520
Current Score TU: 820. EX: 806. EQ: 819

Chase Freedom $20k, WellsFargo $15k, Barclay $5k, BCU $15k, Discover $5k, USAA $7k, Lowes $8k, Home Depot $10k, Citi $30k, Apple $20k, AA Citi, $35k, NFCU, $25k, Arvest $35K

I assume it's based on vantage, but I'm not sure

Starting FICO 8:
Current FICO 8:

4/6, 4/12, 8/24 new accounts
