Score differences

There is a 140 point difference from my high score and my low score. To me that's just crazy . Thank god my middle score is closer to my high score . We close on our house next week !!!!

There has to be something that is on your low scoring report that doesn't appear on the other two reports (fortunately). Have you reviewed the reports? Don't do anything until after you close , but you can look at the reports to see what is different. That is a huge disparity from top to bottom scores.

There is a 100 point difference between the fico 8 score and the score used for mortgages. I will certainly check it out after the closing .
