Those definitions are extremely subjective, and by themselves, are just general categorizations that dont mean much.
Each creditor has its own lending criteria, and what is considered "good" by one creditor may be considered "poor" by another.
Two consumers can have the exact same credit score, and yet be viewed by diiffent creditors as having entirely different credit risk in their mind.
They are, basically, set by looking at the percent of all creditors that have a score lower than yours. I would not be too concerned with what terminology is used to categorize your score.
