I had some good and bad things happen to my Fico scores when an account IIB aged off.
JPMCB cc account was IIB back in 12/14. I opened the account in 2012.
Before: Fico8 667, Fico mortgage of 739.
After: Fico8 723, Fico mortgage 718.
AAoA dropped from 5y9m to 5y7m.
It was a bummer seeing the mortgage score drop but hopefully I see a nice bump to the mortgage score after the bk falls off sometime later this year.
