Last month I got an alert from Credit1 for a charge (which was denied) for some store in Canada and to call if it was not me.
Wasn't me so I called and they issued a new card. When they closed that account and issued the new card they reported my balance (30 dollars) not a huge amount but I had been keeping this account with a ZERO balance.
This caused my Accounts with Balances to increase to 7/11 from 6/11 and I lost 4 points on 8's.
This month after I paid the 30 dollars and it just reported it took my Accounts with Balances back to 6/11 from 7/11 and my points came back +4.
Good to see some things work exactly as they should. (and also good to know that the difference from Accounts with Balances from 7/11 to 6/11 is worth 4 points.
