For those watching the results I've updated the second post above with current stats. I will continue to do so as we get replies. Very interesting findings so far!

Observations based on Data through 2/10.
- 771 is the maximum FICO so far with 1 year AAoA and a clean report.
- 675 lowest clean file impacted by Util of 37%. Data suggests potential for large score bump when brought below 9%.
- 800+ has required minimum AAoA of 4 years

Glad to see the data confirms my suspicions of a large score bump when my utilization gets down. It should be any day now. I'll keep you posted.
Also: I should add I have student differed student loans reporting 100% (38k). The simulator says that paying those down could give me ~20 points.
I'm posting a picture as proof just in case my results aren't beleivable. I really can't believe them myself. Started off in March 2014 when I joined the forum. Had three secured cards and two secured loans. One card graduated to non secured---that's my oldest account. The other two cards I closed and replaced with non secured cards at the end of November. Like I mentioned I paid and closed one secured installment loan and the other one I paid down to nine percent.

Great results! Looks like you are really optimizing based on feedback from the forums. I think your case is great in demonstrating the potential of a young and clean optimized file.

I believe this is what your looking for I really dont understand how my scores are so high with a very short credit history. I see people with way longer credit history with lower scores.
Do you have a mix of credit( i.e installment loan:student, auto, mortgage, personal)? If not, you can bring your score up with a shared loan. In your case, it doesn't matter much because you're already above 740.
Gonna give you 2 data points...one before charging my kitchen remode and 1 after...
