TU'98 vsTU'04

Anybody ever seen their TU’04 higher then TU’98? As of today I have TU-730 reported by myfico. I’m going to see a lender on Monday. Need at least 700 to qualify (I’m trying to bump all 3 scores higher than 700 so if one of them drops down, my middle still be higher than 700). Is it possible that having 730 (TU’98 ) might mean that TU’04 could show my score lower that 700?

BTW I’m going to BoA. I’m also going to try Citi.  Anybody know which version of TU scoring they currently use?

Thank you!

Twice, last year, while mortgage shopping, my TU '04 was 30 points higher than my TU '98.
