The CRAs do customize the Fico scoring models. That is true for all Fico models. However, the customization allowed is much more restrictive with Fico 9. One area of known customization is QTY and/or % of cards reporting balances. Some CRAs view multiple cards reporting as a risk factor needing more emphasis while others de-emphasize this factor and place more emphasis in other areas such as utilization.
