Shame, it sure would be good to see what codes changed at EQ before conflation. But I’m grateful for the data we have received!
I like to offset my spending with savings somewhere else. I'm skipping scallops next week because of this $15.96 TU 1B purchase. The things I do for data science...
When I bought the 1B this time, I was asked to upload a picture of a Government-issued ID! That caught me off guard, since I've been a myFICO subscriber for close to a year and a half and was never asked for it before. No big deal, did it, they verified it within 30 minutes, and I had my report right away.
I got a reply from support saying that it was because of my (new this time) TU security freeze. I froze EQ/EX as well, shortly after I got the Discover card.

I totally understand and that’s why like I said we are grateful for everything we do get, especially with your attention to detail.
That is extremely weird as typically all of mine are frozen and I don’t recall having to ever do that.
Thank you.
Well, now I feel singled out. lol Yeah, that's what they said - security freeze.
I haven't needed it for the 2 monthly 3B's since I had all CRAs frozen. Just this one-off TU 1B.

Were you getting too much spam Cassie?
From myFICO? Spam at my registered email?

Thank you for sharing. It'll be interesting to see if any score improvement on TU4 when AoYRA reach 3 and 6 monthsThis is what happened to all 28 FICO scores the last time I was at AoYA/AoYRA 3mo. TU 4 models went up +8 to +21.
I'm crossing my fingers for next month's (May) 3B report at AoYA 3mo, but I don't expect such dramatic changes this time.
FWIW -
Below is some data on TU Fico 8 over time for a thin profile with only two credit cards. No installment loans open or closed and no closed cards. File is clean with no lates. Both cards are allowed to report monthly balances naturally and then statement balances are PIF.
Both cards were opened in the 12/2015 - 1/2016 timeframe. The card holder was new to credit and had no Fico score previously. She did have an L2C score primarily derived from rental payment history.
Looking at a graph of score over time it appears there are step changes in baseline score as denoted by the red horizontal lines. Unfortunately, historical score and balance history was not readily available for card #1 which means aggregate utilization and card #1 utilization could not be determined early on. Both cards are used almost every month with card #1 being used more heavily as a general rule.

This is very interesting to me, since I had 2 cards for 1yr 2mos before adding 2 more.
I also had a closed installment loan on file that was open for one year, and reported closed on the same report that my first 2 cards showed up.
Her Dec 17 score of 767, at 2yrs 0mo total credit history (2yrs revolving) is higher than I was able to achieve with 2yrs 1mo total credit history, 1yr1mo of which was revolving history. (TU 8 761, 1yr 1mo total revolving history, 0 inq, 1 of 2 cards with a balance [0,6%,agg 5%])
Length of revolving credit history seems much more important.

@REDBOYYY56, welcome to the forums!

My signature is output from a program I wrote to track my credit profile. But you can add a really nice signature display by reading this thread.
