My TU 08 score has been stuck at 720 for over a year, and finally broke past it. Only changes really are that Ive got several inquires falling off each month, plus some aging to one year all at the same time, plus older accounts aging as well.
I still have 14 "new" accounts, and 50 inquires for the 2 years. This year should be interesting score wise for me with all changes happening around the same time to all three CRA. My TU has always been the strongest and most resiliant of the three, and not sure why they love my aggessive credit seeking so much, LOL.

New accounts shouldn't be affecting you TBH, you still have that BK showing. That said my TU with a 60D late was the mid-score of my mortgage process, like **bleep** considering both EQ and EX were clean from any major issue other than a 30+% balance at the time on a tradeline and a CFA.
Can't wait for that stupid CFA to fall off, still 2.5 more years.
As Relevate says its the BK it is one of the positive things about BK. 
LOL.
BK is is like Jupiter. It stops most of the ELE from reaching the inner soloar system.
